Lightweight roofing systems specialist Onduline Building Products, has restructured and strengthened its UK sales team as it targets a growth in sales.

Greg Hissey, who has been with the company for seven years, has taken on the new Technical Sales Manager role for the Southern region, covering London and the South East, South Wales and the South West.

Formerly national sales manager for Onduline, his new position is centred around nurturing the existing customer base while also looking for opportunities in new markets.

Hissey said: “A key part of my new role is to develop new products and support their successful launch. My responsibilities extend to making sure our products are visible within the market place, ensuring that our customers, from merchants and specialists distributors to OEMs and contractors, have every potential of achieving sales growth.”

He has been joined by newly appointed Sean Whiteside, TSM for the Northern region, covering the north of England, Scotland and Ireland, and Bethany Hall, as TSM for the Central region, covering the area from Anglesey across the West and East Midlands to East Anglia.

Whiteside has extensive experience in the roofing and building materials sector, having held a variety of technical, sales and business development manager roles, while Hall has worked in the construction industry since 2013, including senior sales roles with a national roofing materials supplier.
