Building products distributor, SIG UK,has bought Bristol-based construction product supplier F30 Building Products.

A national supplier with a broad range of specialist products, F30 Building Products operates from branches in Bristol and Plymouth and will continue to trade under its current name and branding but with the full support of SIG Distribution’s local network.

The SIG UK Leadership Team will work closely with staff at F30, investing in its people and systems to create a strong framework for the future and further strengthen the business’s first-rate service to customers by growing its already extensive product range.

Rob Pearce, managing director at F30 and divisional director of SIG Construction Accessories South, said: “I am incredibly pleased that F30 Building Products has been welcomed into the SIG family. This move is in line with continuing efforts by SIG to strengthen its local service and increase its offering to customers nationwide.

This latest acquisition is part of a wider programme by SIG UK to increase the number of specialist staff available to SIG customers.
